🔙 How to return your order

If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at info@caliente.dk with your order number (#xxxx) and a short message stating that you wish to make a return.

Once you have given notice, the item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have contacted us.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

✅ Use the same email address you used when ordering.

✅ Remember to include your order number - otherwise we cannot find your order.

📦 Important about returns

• 
  You pay for the return shipping yourself.
  
• 
  You are responsible for the package until we receive it – therefore we recommend that you send it with tracking (GLS, PostNord or Bring) .
  
• 
  We do not collect return packages from parcel shops - therefore send directly to the address below.

🧾 Remember this:

• 
  The item must be in the same condition as received – i.e. unused, with tags/hangtags and in original packaging .
  
• 
  If the item is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of a minimum of DKK 50 per item from your refund.
  
• 
  Always include a note with your order number in the package - otherwise we cannot process your return.
  
• 
  If you do not pick up your package and it is automatically returned to us, please contact us at info@caliente.dk so we can help you further.
  

🕒 Note:

You will not receive a confirmation when we receive your return package.

We will contact you as soon as your return has been processed and any refund has been made.
