All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. We reserve the right to change prices for items that are out of stock, typos, etc.

Reservations are made for price errors, sold-out items and discontinued products.

🚚 Delivery

Orders placed before 5 p.m. are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. are shipped the next business day.

Delivery is made to the address you provide or to the nearest parcel shop. Shipments in Denmark are typically handled by PostNord or GLS.

If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be redirected to the nearest delivery location and you will be notified.

Delivery times:

Special delivery terms may apply to individual products.

⚠️ Complaints

You have a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act.

The claim covers defects in materials or production. Depending on the circumstances, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a discount.

Complaints do not cover damage caused by incorrect use.

You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have discovered the fault. Caliente.dk will cover necessary return costs in connection with approved complaints.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

🔄 Refund (in case of complaint)

In the event of a refund, the amount may be returned to the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In special cases, bank details may be required for transfer.

📝 Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in the webshop.

The deadline is calculated from:

  The day you receive the item

  The day you receive the last item (for partial deliveries)

  The day you receive the last part (in case of split delivery)

  The day the first item is received (for regular delivery)
  

The return shipping in case of cancellation is paid by you.

The item must be returned no later than 14 days after notification.

You cannot simply refuse to receive the package without notifying us.

🚫 Goods without right of withdrawal

The following items cannot be returned:

  Custom-made products or items with personalization

  Sealed goods for hygiene or health reasons if the seal is broken

  Goods mixed with other goods where separation is not possible
  
• 
  Digital content where delivery has commenced with your consent
  
• 
  Newspapers, periodicals and magazines (excluding subscriptions)

  Services where delivery has commenced with your consent

  Goods that can deteriorate quickly
  

🔙 Returns (in case of cancellation)

If you return an item, it must be sent securely packaged and accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them. We do not accept packages sent by COD.

⚖️ Condition of goods upon return

You may try on the item as if you were in a physical store. If the item is handled beyond this, a decrease in value may occur, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

💵 Refund upon cancellation

When exercising the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery, no later than 14 days after we have received notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or documentation of dispatch.

Refunds are generally made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
